Marriage Matters

A means to mentor, encourage, and provide support for couples. This ministry provides a place for couples to strengthen their faith, spend time together, and build a community. Assisting couples to  grow in both  of their relationships with Christ and each other. Marriage is an act of service which makes it a ministry. The most important ministry that we can do is in our homes. 

Most importantly,  marriage is a picture of the gospel (Ephesians 5:25), marriage is the greatest gift you can give your children and because marriage is sanctifying.  Our goal at Inner City is to strengthen marriages, enrich families, and impact the community for Jesus Christ. 

 Our couples participate in workshops and other activities designed to address such areas as communication, spirituality, conflict resolution, finances, parenting, and intimacy. Couples ministry periodically  plan off-site retreats to pray together, fellowship, discuss issues of marriage, relax, and have fun together.
